The Mountain Fountain is a country store where Boulder, Longmont and Lyons meet, in the 1945 Clark Food Store building in Hygiene. It has a fully gluten-free bakery, a coffee bar, a made-to-order deli and a butcher shop with locally pastured meats, and works with nearby farms. Carrie Olson bought the store in 2017, and it's a regular stop for cyclists, farmers and locals.
