Little Herbal Apothecary relocated to a larger space at 210 S. Public Road in April 2024, expanding its capacity to produce and offer handcrafted herbal products. The company emphasizes sustainability through refill programs and a dedicated reuse section. Faith Rodgers, owner and certified clinical herbalist, established the business after studying medical herbalism at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. She previously worked in herbal consultation and nutrition before founding the company as an online venture, which eventually led to opening the Old Town Lafayette storefront in 2017. The apothecary creates a range of small-batch, organic products including skincare items and medicinal remedies. They facilitate customer engagement through workshops such as Local Herbs Plant Walks, Make & Take events featuring products like herbal perfume oils, and private parties and corporate team events.

Nok's Donuts in Lafayette was named the best donut shop in Colorado. According to Yelp, everything is natural at this shop, including the sprinkles. The donuts and icings are made fresh daily entirely from all-natural ingredients, says Pornchanok Liu, owner of the shop.

That's right, next week we will begin harvesting for Traditional Share CSA members.CSA Card Members, the farm stand is OPEN DAILY 12-5pm. Come on out and pick up your veggies, beautiful flower bouquets, eggs, plants for your garden, hanging baskets and direct from the ranch beef, pork, chicken and lamb.
We are also bringing back our Daily Grains popup to Cure on Wednesdays as well starting June 5th for the 2024 season. That means we'll be at Cure on Wednesdays and Saturdays and still have our home pickups in Lafayette for the summer.
Family-owned Lafayette restaurant (95a Bistro) announces closure

In an April 9 message, 95a Bistro owners Kelly Kukura, Beau Kukura and Brodi Kukura said the decision to close is bittersweet and that managing a restaurant of that size required a lot of time, resources, labor, costs and maintenance.
This was more than a month ago, but am just wanting to keep track of the closure in our database. It's never great news when a long-lived business has to close its doors.
